This supplement, which ranges from $7 to $14 per fortnight, will continue in 2025. Additionally, pensioners can request Advance Payments, allowing them to access a lump sum of their future entitlements for urgent expenses.

JobSeeker Payment Schedule for 2025

The JobSeeker Payment helps Australian job seekers who are under 67 years of age and willing to work or undertake an approved course. Other payments are done on a fortnightly basis with the initial check made on January 3, 2025. The fixed bi-weekly frequency will allow recipients to better schedule their job search and other costs.

The rates of JobSeeker Payment will also be adjusted for 2025 with an application of COLA. The standard rate is believed to have increased in current dollars from 730 to 765 for the basic single rate. Those people with dependents, or those with disabilities will be paid more on the basis of such dependencies.

Youth Allowance Payment Schedule for 2025

Youth Allowance is designed for students, apprentices and other youths aged between 16 and 24 years and who are in an active job search. Working pay is weekly with the first drawings due on the 2nd of January in the year 2025.
